Adil Muhammad Ali, training manager of the Abu Al Kaseeb Vocational Training Center speaks of the success of the Youth Employment Pilot Program, a work training initiative that in the last 10 months has placed more than 400 Basra work trainees with local businesses. Iraqi and British officials met, July 7, at the Basra Operations Center to review the program’s merits.
