NEW YORK (Nov. 12, 2016) — Royal Navy Commodore Connell Martin takes in the view on the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory at One World Trade Center. The panorama was part of the 9/11 Tribute Center and National September 11 Memorial tour given for members of the U.S. Navy Expeditionary Strike Group 2 and their Royal Navy guests during Veterans Week New York City 2016, which honors the service of all our nation’s veterans.
