U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. David Harris, an AV-8B Harrier replacement pilot for Marine Attack Training Squadron 203, laughs with his past mentor and long time friend Gunnery Sgt. Mitchell Leblanc, a quality assurance representative with VMAT-203, during a preflight check, June 17. Harris was taking his first solo flight aboard a Harrier, and Leblanc had the honor of conducting the send off.
