A Landing Craft Air Cushioned loaded with equipment waits on the shore during onload for Composite Training Unit Exercise aboard Onslow Beach, Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 9. 26th MEU and Amphibious Squadron 4 conducted the three-week exercise in preparation for their deployment later this fall. During COMPTUEX, 26th MEU will prepare for its Certification Exercise in August by integrating and finalizing communications and mission procedures.
