Sgt. Justin Jamieson, a counter battery radar operator from the 11th Marine Regiment, searches for any injuries on the backside of his simulated casualty during a Combat Lifesavers course here. The four-day course gives Marines the basic knowledge of how to provide aid for a number of common injuries and wounds that occur on the battlefield.
