Avila-Juarbe, a chaplain at Camp Parks, emphasized his ability to provide complete confidentiality during counseling sessions for victims. Avila-Juarbe also shared that all Soldiers are eligible for mental health counseling through the Family Life Program. His presentation was part of a 10-day certification course for 35 SARC coordinators assigned to the command and subordinate units, Oct. 31 - Nov. 10.
