Zumwalt Award at the All-American Restaurant. NGISs are evaluated on their lodging operations to include facilities, customer service, finance, and management, are accredited and evaluated periodically based on established performance standards. Sites are accredited on a scale requiring a minimum of 204 and a perfect score of 237, while exhibiting outstanding management in all areas will be awarded with the Zumwalt at 215.
