Soldiers of the Army Reserve's 108th Chemical Battalion from South Carolina work in unison to quickly construct a decontamination site for victims of a simulated nuclear blast, July 15, at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, located in Butlerville, Ind. The exercise, Vibrant Response 10.2, was a national emergency response scenario, is facilitated by U.S. Army North's Joint Task Force 51, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
