Capt. Matthew A. McQueen (L) is presented the meritorious service medal by Rear Adm. Mark E. Bipes, Navy Medicine West Deputy Commander and Medical Service Corps Deputy Director, for his tenure as Operational Health Support Unit (OHSU) Bremerton commanding officer during which he ‘displayed exceptional leadership and meticulous management of a geographically diverse command composed of 427 health care personnel across 15 detachments throughout nine states and two reserve component commands.’ McQueen turned over leadership of OHSU Bremerton to Capt.
