After each detainee turns over his Internment Serial Number band, a Release Operations Center representative and Capt. Andrew J. Boysen, a Judge Advocate with United States Forces –Iraq, review the detainee's file from the Cropper Theater Internment Facility in Baghdad, Iraq. All information is verified against the detainee master roster. After cross checking the detainee's ISN and verifying that all of the detainee's information is correct, the detainee is interviewed by an USF-I linguist and an Iraqi Corrections Service representative. The linguist and ICS representative then validate the detainee's information by asking him a series of questions. Once this quality control check is complete, the detainee is handed back his ISN band and is escorted back to his cell by an Iraqi Correctional Officer.
