FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Nanabah Kedenehii, a member of the Navajo tribe and Red Boy Native Dance Troupe, performed a traditional dance from her Native culture at the National Training Center and Fort Irwin’s National Native American Heritage Month celebration, Nov. 16, 2016. The Navajo are the second largest federally recognized tribe in the United States, with over 360,000 enrolled tribal members, and over 150,000 being able to speak their native language.
