Chief Warrant Officer 4 Jan Wenda, senior enlisted leader of the Polish army’s Central Psychological Operations Group, stands behind the 6th Military Information Support Battalion, 4th Military Information Support Group, formation following the Group run, Oct. 18, 2016. Wenda spent the month of October shadowing Command Sgt. Major Wojciech Labuz, senior enlisted leader of 6th MISB, to learn the day-to-day operations of an American PSYOP battalion, the importance the U.S. Army places on the noncommissioned officer corps, and to apply those lessons learned to his own unit.
