Croix Du Sud is a multi-national, humanitarian assistance disaster relief and non-combatant evacuation operation exercise conducted every two years to prepare nations in the event of a cyclone in the South Pacific. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in military-to-military relations.
