Texas Guardsmen from the 1st Battalion (Airborne) 143rd Infantry, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, conduct an inventory check at the Kelly Airfield, San Antonio, Texas prior to movement of the simulated airfield seizure during Operation Aztec, Nov. 17-19, 2016, near San Antonio, Texas. The training exercise, known as Operation Aztec, highlights the programs’ intent to increase the readiness and responsiveness of the Army as a total force.
