Ken Iverson during Navy Medicine East’s change of command and his retirement ceremony Dec. 2. Vice Adm. Forrest Faison, Navy surgeon general and chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery honored Iverson with the Legion of Merit award for outstanding service.
