Harold "Bamboo" Lu, Housing Authority of Portland employee, shows camper Justin Stafford of Portland, Ore., how to fly a kite during Camp Rosenbaum, in Warrenton, Ore., July 21. Camp Rosenbaum celebrates 40 years of helping at-risk youth from housing authorities from across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Since 1970, the annual non-profit camp has touched the lives of more than 6,500 children, by helping them learn good citizenship skills, and instilling a sense of hope for their future.
