MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Vice Adm. Luke McCollum, the chief of the Navy Reserve, Naval Reserve Force, disembarks from a Gulfstream IV (C-20G) aircraft assigned to the “Windjammers” of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 51 at Hangar 105 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay on Dec. 5, 2016. During his visit, McCollum, a native of Stephenville, Texas, was provided a tour of a C-20G aircraft and had a guided discussion with the Sailors of VR-51. As the commander of the Navy Reserve Force, McCollum leads approximately 60,000 reserve component personnel who support the U.S. armed forces and joint-service operations.
