Defendant Hafizullah Said Wali pleads guilty to the charges against him as he testifies of his brother’s innocence during a public trial here, July 27. Wali, who is now serving a 12-year sentence for the attempted murder of the Kunar Prisons Director earlier this year, was given another 20 years for the charges.
