Spc. Robert Young listens attentively as Maj. Gen. David G. Perkins, commander, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, encourages the Soldiers competing to give their all during the 2010 Fort Carson Non-Commissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year competition May 20-21. Young, a military police officer assigned to the 59th Military Police Company, 759th Military Police Battalion won the title of 2010 Fort Carson Soldier of the Year and the opportunity to compete in the III Corps Soldier of the Year competition later this year at Fort Hood.
