Spc. Joel E. Hughes, a civil affairs specialist assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 350th Civil Affairs Command in Pensacola, Fla., holds down his position after exiting a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during the 2010 Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition here at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 29. Hughes and twenty-four other competitors were transported from their training area to their next event, the confidence course to start day six.
