U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew Garats prepares members of the U.S. Coast Guard Honor Guard for a silent drill demonstration at the Armed Forces Adventure Area during the Boy Scouts of America's 2010 National Scout Jamboree, July 28. The team was a part of several attractions made available by the Joint Task Force-National Scout Jamboree to entertain Scouts and visitors at the event. The JTF's goal is to provide professional military support and a safe and secure environment for Scouts and visitors during the event.
