Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Bruce E. Hackett, deputy commanding general of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command‐Operational Command Post, thanks Army Col. Thomas W. Seifert, director of the 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center, for his service during their nine‐month tour with the 1st TSC‐OCP, Dec. 6, 2016 at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. Hackett presided over the transfer of authority ceremony and welcomed the 14th HRSC leadership and Soldiers to the 1st TSC‐OCP.
