Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein presents Cadet Martin York, from Det. 365, Air Force ROTC, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Cadet of the Year award, in a Pentagon ceremony, Dec. 12, 2016. The award is sponsored by the Royal Air Force in form of the "Millennium Sword of Friendship" to the Air Force since 2000, as a symbol of the enduring British-American partnership.
