    Col. Timothy Newsome, commander of the 205th Training Support Brigade, First Army, Division East presents Spc. Martin Rustvold with the Indiana Commendation Medal at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in central Indiana July 30 for providing assistance to a police officer struck by a vehicle while directing traffic after the Brickyard 400 NASCAR race near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway July 19. Rustvold is a military police officer with the Iowa National Guard's 734th Agribusiness Development Team.
