161212-N-XN177-153 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 12, 2016) – Seaman Mariko Nakagawa and Petty Officer 2nd Class Holden Moyer perform “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”, during a holiday concert with the U.S. 7th Fleet and Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force bands. The 7th Fleet Band operates out of Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
