Members of the Somali Police Force graduate from their police training course at the Djibouti Police Academy in Djibouti, Djibouti, Dec. 6, 2016. The Italian Carabinieri is in charge of training mission MAIDIT Somalia 6, which is the mission of training the Somali Police Force in order to promote the stability and security of the entire region of the Horn of Africa.
