A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Dec. 14 for the new Naval Branch Health Clinic Panama City, Fla. The construction of the new clinic was part of a sharing agreement between the Navy and the Department of Veterans Affairs, which also opened a new clinic next to the Navy clinic. Participating in the ceremony were (left to right) Nicholas Masozera, clinic manager, Panama City Beach Veterans Affairs Clinic; Anthony Dawson, director, Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System; Read Adm. Anne Swap, commander, Navy Medicine East; Skye McDougall, network director, South Central VA Health Care Network; Joe Negron, clinic manager, NBHC Panama City; and Capt. Sarah Martin, commanding officer, Naval Hospital Pensacola.
