Petty Officer 2nd Class Kevin Neatrour, boatswain's mate, from Johnstown, Penn., explains the responsibilities of Boatswain's Mates to a group of midshipmen from the U.S. Naval Academy aboard USS Harry S. Truman. Twenty-one midshipmen embarked Truman for a two week training and orientation opportunity. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet areas of responsibility.
