Technical Sgt. Kimbrough Chipley, 60th Dental Squadron, applies material to the arm of Senior Airman Brian Perriraz, 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron, to fabricate an “injury”, Dec. 9, 2016, Travis Air Force Base Calif. The 60th Air Mobility Wing recently conducted an inspector general inspection to assess airmen response to an emergency evolving a simulated explosion of a large scale “dirty bomb” placed at the base theater.
