Sgt. Matthew Berg, an automated logistical specialist with Company B, Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Armored Division and a Mobile, Ala., native, tightens a metal strap around tires Aug. 3 to prevent them from shifting while they are transported for disposal out of Camp Liberty, Iraq. These tires, along with other unserviceable gear, will be taken to a yard where they will be retrograded out of Iraq.
