Personnel assigned to 1st Battalion, 228 Aviation Regiment Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants section set up a Forward Aerial Refueling Point at the edge of Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, training and testing its rapid response capabilities, Dec. 15, 2016.
