The Michigan Warriors face off against the Detroit Red Wings Alumni team Nov. 19, 2016, in Plymouth, Mich. The Alumni won 7-5 after two 25-minute periods. The Michigan Warriors Hockey Program is a nonprofit organization that provides an educational and developmental hockey program for disabled veterans. Each member of the Warriors team is a military veteran with a service-connected disability or has received a Purple Heart.
