Task Force Kout Men Commander Col. Michael Borrel awards a Coin of Excellence to Buffalo, N.Y. native Sgt. Michael Chambers, a patient administration specialist with 865th Combat Support Hospital, at the U.S. Army South New Horizons- Haiti 2010 Forward Operating Base during an August 6 award ceremony. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives. New Horizons also provides valuable learning experience in a real-world environment for our U.S. Forces.
