A Sailor aboard the Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Rainier extends a cargo hook to an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Golden Falcons of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 12 during an underway replenishment with the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln is underway for a composite training unit exercise, which is designed to train the ship, embarked air wing and other units that make up the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group to function as one effective fighting force.
