Tech. Sgt. Victor Boscareno has been with the 403rd Wing since 2009. Boscareno feels that his most significant impact while serving in the wing was as the flight safety representative. His efforts have led to fewer accidents and an overall safer working environment for his wing members. He is most proud of his work repairing the belly of a Flying Jenny aircraft that left the runway in an incident in 2011 while deployed overseas.
