Toth, the staff judge advocate with Marine Air Control Squadron 2, Command Element of Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Continuing Promise 2010, talks to Colombian Marines upon arrival to Covenas, Colombia, Aug. 10. Marines will conduct subject matter expert exchanges with Colombian Marines for six days. The Marines’ mission of CP10 is to conduct civil-military operations including subject matter expert exchanges, humanitarian civic assistance and disaster response to partner nations to the Caribbean, Central and South America.
