Sideboys assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Dubuque render honors to Maj. Gen. Mohamed Al-Sabah, Kuwait assistant undersecretary for Border and Security Affairs, and other Kuwaiti and U.S. military officials as they board for a tour of the ship and a luncheon in the ship’s ward room. Dubuque is part of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
