Capt. Andrew Powell, assigned to Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division reviews his after action review notes with a member of the 60th Armor Brigade, 3rd Armored Division, Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army after their NCOs completed a 15-day training exercise focusing on their NCOs development in armored operations. The NCOs worked together to plan engagements using armor, air support and infantry assets. Their experiences fostered a deep sense of respect from both militaries. “We learned as much as everyone else,” said Capt. Andrew Powell of A Company. Brig. Gen. Fakhri Khilifat, the 3AD commanding general, said synchronization between the JAF and U.S. military is a key to close, continued relations between the two countries.
