Scott Henrickson on decision making and problem solving during the Nebraska Military Department’s two-day Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) training course held Jan. 11-12, at Offutt Air Force Base near Bellevue, Nebraska. “The overall message I’m taking away from this course is that it’s more productive to capitalize on strengths than to overcome weaknesses,” Harding said.
