The seminar allows service members and their future spouses to learn about the required steps of military marriage in the U.S. and overseas and their entitlements. During the entitlements presentation, Cisneros and Cox explained the importance of understanding the entitlements for marriage between service members, service members and civilians, and service members to foreign national citizens.
