Command Sgt. Maj. Willie C. Tennant, the 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) senior enlisted leader, congratulates Sgt. 1st Class Aaron Loos, a maintenance management noncommissioned officer with the 3d ESC, on his graduation from the Battle Staff Non-commissioned Officer Course Aug. 13 during a ceremony here at Skidgel Hall. Loos, a Rochester N.Y. native, graduated as BSNCOC 26-10’s sole member of the commandant’s list, which recognizes Soldiers who rank among the top 20th percent of the class.
