Senior leaders from across Marine Forces Reserve participate in a disclosure exercise during the Senior Leadership Workshop at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Feb. 23-26, 2017. The exercise has the Marines and Sailors share various aspects about themselves and their life, it demonstrates the diversity found among the Marines and Sailors participating. The workshop aims to emphasize the importance of open communication and equal opportunity, and to demonstrate their effects on unit cohesion, mission accomplishment and mission readiness.
