An unattended bag is placed outside the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Base Exchange to kick off a suspicious package scenario as part of Exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield 2017. The exercise is an annual anti-terrorism effort held throughout the Navy Region that uses realistic scenarios that ensure security forces maintain a high level of readiness to respond to terrorist threats.
