Colby Sherwood, commanding officer of USS O’Kane (DDG 77), during a tour of the ship for a trip made possible by the Dream Foundation on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The Dream Foundation is an organization that grants wishes for terminally ill patients. Wiser has terminal Urothelial Cancer and requested to visit Pearl Harbor and meet with Sailors and take a few tours, with the help of the Dream Foundation.
