Robert Danforth speaks about representing Wisconsin in Afghanistan and the pain of saying goodbye to young children during a formal sendoff ceremony Feb. 2 for approximately 35 Soldiers from the West Bend, Wis.-based Company C, 1st Battalion, 168th Aviation, who will deploy to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel.
