    Brigadier General Michael F. Fahey, Commanding General of Force Headquarters Group (FHG), addresses attendees during the 4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LEB) change of command ceremony on January 21, 2017 at 4th LEB’s headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. During that change of command, LtCol Johnny Gutierrez assumed command of 4th LEB from outgoing commander Col Michael Bracewell.

    4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LEB), a subordinate unit of FHG, is a reserve Marine Corps military police battalion. Headquartered in St. Paul, the Battalion’s subordinate units are located in numerous other locations across the United States.
