U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Cully Parr and his U.S. Army K9 Staff Sgt. Rex with the 1-78th Military Police Detachment, 89th Military Police Brigade, attached to 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division search for weapon caches in Mosul, Iraq, Aug. 25. U.S.U.S.U.S. Soldiers with Delta Troop, 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry, 2nd Heavy Combat Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division conducted Operation Knight Dagger, a joint operation with the Iraqi Army, to search for possible weapon caches.
