Marvin Hill, incoming command sergeant major for International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan, briefs senior non-commissioned officers from the 196th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, or Task Force Rushmore, about the importance of morale and leadership of troops during a meeting Sept. 5, at Camp Phoenix in Kabul, Afghanistan. As an installation management command for the Kabul Base Cluster, the 196th provides service and support for more than 9,000 U.S. service members stationed throughout the Regional Command-Capital area of operations.
