Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin Sanders, fire controlman, from Worcester, Mass., a member of the color guard aboard the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Taylor (FFG 50), salutes Soviet sailors lost at sea while protecting American merchant marine ships on the Polar Convoy route during World War II. Taylor is in Murmansk participating in several commemorative events marking the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II.
