The board was composed of senior-enlisted Marines representing the subordinate squadrons in Marine Aircraft Group 16 (Reinforced), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward). Miller is the squadron sergeant major for Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 268, MAG-16, and a Lawrenceville, N.J., native. Green is the squadron sergeant major for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 169, MAG-16, and a Jackson, Miss., native.
